Delete account
You can delete your UptimeAlien account yourself at any time. Deletion happens immediately with no waiting period — there is no grace period.
Warning: this action cannot be undone. Export your data first if you want to keep it.
What gets deleted
When you delete your account we permanently and irreversibly remove:
- Your user account (name, email, password, passkeys, two-factor).
- Your organization(s), if you are the sole owner — including team memberships.
- All monitors including check history, uptime data and incidents.
- All projects and the error events collected in them.
- All status pages.
- All notification channels and contacts.
How to delete your account
- Sign in to your account (go to sign in).
- Open Settings in the dashboard and scroll to the "Danger zone".
- Type your email address to confirm and click "Permanently delete account".
Export your data first
Before deleting you can download a full copy of your data (GDPR Art. 20). You'll find the feature in the dashboard under Settings.
Locked out of your account?
If you can no longer sign in, email us at heiko@uptimealien.de from the email address on file and we'll delete your account for you.
